Style and Format
File format
Manuscript files can be in the following formats: DOC, DOCX. Microsoft Word documents should not be locked or protected.
Font and spacing
Use Times New Roman font and font size (12') for body, font size (14') for title and font size (12') with bold for subtitle.
Manuscript text should be double-spaced.
Language and Abbreviations
Manuscripts must be submitted in English.
Define abbreviations upon first appearance in the text.
Equations
We recommend using MathType for display and inline equations, as it will provide the most reliable outcome. If this is not possible, Equation Editor or Microsoft's Insert→Equation function is acceptable.

Plagiarism Policy
IJIMER Journal will judge any case of plagiarism on its limits. If plagiarism is detected by the editorial board member, reviewer, editor etc., in any stage of article process- before or after acceptance, during editing or at a page proof stage. We will alert the same to the author(s) and will ask them to rewrite the content or to cite the references from where the content has been taken. If more than 15% of the paper is plagiarized- the article may be rejected and the same is notified to the author.
Peer Review Guidelines
This journal follows a double-blind peer review model. In line with the aims and mission of the journal, papers are normally peer reviewed by two independent academic experts, and additional or supplementary reviews by experts from the policy community may be sought to ensure high-quality, impactful publications that are both academically rigorous and policy relevant.
Review Process
* Manuscripts are initially screened by the Associate Editor for completeness and adherence to the formal aspects of the Guidelines for authors. Manuscripts may be returned to authors to remedy issues before progression to the Editors’ desk.
* The Editor-in-Chief assess submissions and decide whether they are suitable for progression to the next stage of the review process on the basis of fit to the scope of journal, publishing standards of the journal.
* Papers that pass the Associate Editor stage will be reviewed typically by two peer reviewers who are experts in the field(s), with the selection of peer reviewers also taking into account the research methods.
* Based on the reviewer reports, Associate Editors will recommend to the Editors a decision on the manuscript.
* The final decision send to the authors.
Open Access(OA) Statement
This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
